1. Personal Assistant (PA)
- experience in managing meeting & report writing
- Attractive personality, creative, fast learner, and hardworking
- Good in following up, coordinating and monitoring progress
2. Receptionist (RCP)
- diploma in Secretary/Hospitality/Hotel Management
- Good appearance and willing to work as a team
- Fluent in English
3. HRD Manager (HRM)
- University Degree, preferably from Psychology or Law
- Understand labor law, contracts, and all aspect of labor regulation
- Able to set up procedures, regulations for the entire HR Dept
- Hard working, cooperative, and having mind set of “can do attitude”
4. General Affair (GA)
- Able to work under pressure-highly motivated and creative minded with strong drive to success is a must
- Hardworking, cooperative, and having mind set of “can do attitude”
5. Chief Mechanic (CM)
- Preferable with diploma in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering
- Min 5 years experience as mechanic in flour and feed industry or palm oil refinery and bio diesel
- Trouble shooting and problem fixing ability
6. Chief Electrician (CE)
- Min 5 years experience as electrician and industrial control system expert - ICS (PLC, DCS, SCADA) in flour and feed industry or palm oil refinery and bio diesel
- Electrical drawing understanding, trouble shooting and problem fixing ability
7. Laboratory Operators (LO)
- Familiar with farinograph, extensograph, amylograph, NIR moisture, NIR protein, falling number and color grade tests.
- Good knowledge of AACC, ICC standard
8. Artwork/Web Designer (WD)
- CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Photoshop, Illustrator, other graphic design applications
- Strong art and visual design sense
9. Import & Export Staff (EI)
- Experience in export import license, execution, PIB and costume clearance
- Experience in logistic import/export and port activities and monitor import shipment
10. Warehouse Supervisor (WS)
11. Marketing Manager (MM)
- Understand macro economy analysis, sales forecasting, marketing program and strategy, monitoring and evaluating
- Able to setup procedures for entire Dept including forming teams.
- Excellent inter-personal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Hard working, cooperative, and having mind set of “can do attitude”
12. Marketing Staff (MS)
13. Technical Support-Mktg (TS)
- Education in Food Science, Food Technology, Baking School or equivalent
- Good experience and knowledge in Baking is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
14. ISO Auditor (ISO)
- Understand basic of ISO Auditing
- Holding ISO 9001 internal Audit Certificate
15. Internal Auditor (IA)
- Excellent knowledge in Auditing, Finance, Tax and ISO procedures
- Independent, proactive, high analytical skill and able to work under pressure
16. Accounting Staff (AC)
17. Master Baker (MB)
- Extensive Baking experience in baking industry, hotel and international bakery chains
- Extensive knowledge in Indonesian Pastry and Bakery style
- Able to setup procedures for the entire Dept
- Able and love to explore baking experience with various type of flour and ingredients
- Familiar with additive and enzyme usage
18. Bakers (BK)
- Experience in baking industry, hotel, and international bakery chains
- Able and love to explore baking experience in various type of flour and ingredients
- Familiar with additive and enzyme usage
General Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, age 21-35 years old
2. Education: Manager- University Degree, other positions - preferable University Degree min Bachelor’s Degree
3. Experience: Manager - 5 years or above, other positions: min 2 years or above
4. Able to communicate in English min passive, except for Mechanical and Electrical
5. Computer literate (Excel, Words)
6. Own personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and driving license
7. Good personality, discipline, honest, responsible, highly dedicated, and willing to work together as a team
